The firm is run by the executive director and has Sixteen(16) employees who are academically and
operationally very proficient in their areas of specialization and are able to adopt a pragmatic
response to any organizational and business need.
The firm utilizes a network of associates and external consulting experts and works in concert with other local, regional, and international consulting firms. The Executive Director is the head of the firm, responsible for its management and implementation of policy directions, coordination of tasks and ensuring accountability in utilization of its resources and is responsible for the strategic policy direction of the firm.
